Refund Policy

Please carefully read the cancellation and refund policies for your powers and arrears, as per our constant guidance. You must purchase our training course, which is accessible at www.fintec-trainings.com.

Cancellation Policy

If they wished to cancel or withdraw their attendance to a live Webinar, all the participants and registered members must notify Fintec Trainings at least two working days (48 hours) in advance of the functionary day. The cancellation will be made by the issuance of a letter of credit for an upcoming event that is only good for a single use after the date of allocation. Please be aware that Fintec Trainings will not be able to compensate any claim if the party was unable to cancel their registration for the specific webinar or attend live webinars or sessions for the reasons specified below within the prescribed timeframe.

The participants may also submit applications for payment in the following methods. (A) The party may submit a written request to participate in a future webinar or session that will share the same original label as the one they missed. " OR" (b) After the webinar is over, the party may request access to the recordings. (The recording is available the following day and can be accessed for 30 days following the webinar's conclusion.)

Please note that www.fintec-trainings.com is not liable for any fines or other costs resulting from the cancellation.Any live webinar or online training may be cancelled or not registered by www.fintec-trainings.com due to insufficient enrollment, educator illness, or force majeure circumstances (such as cataracts, earthquakes, political unrest, etc.).

In such situations, participants will be informed 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time of the webinar or event. The following methods are available for actors to request payment:

(A) The party may submit a written request to participate in a future webinar or session that will share the same original label as the one they missed.

(B) OR" (b) The party may request access to the webinar's recordings after it has ended. (The recording is available the following day and can be accessed for 30 days following the webinar's conclusion.
